INTEREC applies a security system in three specific areas who guarantee the Service Quality even when failures or serious attacks occur..

POWER SUPPLY FOR SERVERS

INTEREC provide a dual system in a cascade of UPS units ( Uninterrupted Power Supply.) on-line and with controlled monitoring which guarantee the correct operation of all the systems, including services in racks, network equipment as switches, hubs and routers, as well as additional equipment, even in case of the most serious electric failures who cause long break outs in the supply lines.
For this the system is supplied with support equipment for changing and even replace the batteries of the hot UPS, this without the need of closing down the systems..

BACKUP SYSTEMS FOR INTEREC SERVERS

The backup system ( BACKUP ) is constituted by three independent backups in mirroring mode, of the complete local network.
These backup systems all have mirroring of each ( mirroring ) of the hard discs of the server in the whole system, carried out on hard discs with high performance, which guarantee minimum replacement times, even in case of serious disasters.
Additionally the third backup system is placed 3,5 km (2.17 mi) away from the head offices, as a preventive measure, in case of incidents or accidents who affect the totality of the main installations.
The backup frequency for each of the servers can vary, and at the longest it could be 15 days, in order to recover unlimited information for the two lost weeks and in the shortest case within 48 hours.
