PRIVACY POLICY
The Client can exercise their rights to access, cancel, correct, cancel and update the data, as well as to object to the treatment of these, all this in accordance to the stated in the applicable rules, by means of a written letter sent to INTEREC, San Antonio 39, Tomares, 41940 Seville, Spain, in accordance to Article 5.1 from the law 15/1999, for data protection.
Furthermore, as soon as you have been registered as a Client, you can review and/or modify the inserted information during the registration process, by means of a tool at our website https://www.interec.com/servicios
The Client has the obligation to maintain his data updated in case there should be a change in these.
INTEREC has the obligation to comply with the regulations and rules for security and protection required by the law, employing systems for protection and limitation of access for this purpose, like firewall, SSL protocol, backup copies, as well as the physical access to the storage and retrieval systems, by means of security access systems.
The Client is responsible of the custody and correct use of the data for identification and access, and is informed that the use of passwords should not be provided to any third parties, as well as avoiding that they are saved automatically in systems, which could be vulnerable and which saves the access data.
Some of the pages on the website of INTEREC use cookies (small fragments of data which are saved in the memory and/or on the hard disc of the Client) to facilitate the navigation on our websites.
In any case, none of these cookies contain valid permanent information, like access codes or access identifiers, having to be contrasted by a temporary validation system in the servers, to become effective.
However if you access from a computer which can be accessed by third parties (a public place for internet access, you own office, etc) you should close your session or delete all the cookies, or wait until these have expired, to make sure that nobody can access the systems after you, with the information and access codes you leave open.
Your Client data will not be transferred or handed over, by any means, by INTEREC to any third parties, subcontractors or other companies, with the only exception of the data mentioned in terms of Public Administration, like accounting and invoicing data.
According to the statement in the third transitory provision of the Organic law 15/1999 of the 13 of December, for protection of personal data, the Client indexes are registered in the General Data Protection Register for the Spanish agency for Data Protection, number 2073340440
The last correction of this privacy policy is applied to all the users from the 10 of February 2008.
